LUCERIAN is a marketing services company operating in Southeast Los Angeles and Orange County, California. We build and run seller-lead systems for licensed real estate agents. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage and we do not represent buyers or sellers. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean LUCERIAN, and “you” means anyone visiting this website or contacting us through it.
When you book a strategy call, submit a form, or email us, we collect the information you choose to provide. That typically includes your name, email address, phone number, brokerage, the cities you list in, and details about your business that you share with us. If you book a call, our scheduling provider also records the date, time, and time zone of that appointment.
Like most websites, this site records basic technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, the pages you view, and the time of your visit. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies used for analytics and advertising measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — our CRM and scheduling platform, email and phone providers, analytics providers, and advertising platforms — and only so they can perform those services for us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to protect our rights, or to a successor entity in the event of a merger or sale of the business.
We use advertising and analytics tools, which may include Google services, to measure campaign performance. These tools may set cookies and may combine information about your visit with data they already hold. You can opt out of personalised Google advertising through Google’s Ads Settings, and you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Calls with us, and calls our systems place on behalf of a client, may be recorded or transcribed for quality, training, and record-keeping. Where recording requires notice or consent under California law, that notice is given at the start of the call.
We keep enquiry and client records for as long as we need them to provide our services and to meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise them. If you ask us to delete your information and we have no legal reason to keep it, we will.
If you are a California resident, the CCPA as amended by the CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use it, to request a copy of it, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site is intended for real estate professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
